This project was for a real estate investment trust company on the forefront of senior living and health care real estate. They moved their corporate offices from downtown Toledo to the former DANA Headquarters on Dorr Street. They did a complete renovation of the interior and chose American Interiors as their provider. They chose Knoll workstations and private offices as well as DIRTT architectural walls for the entire project.
Their goal was to create a comfortable, attractive workplace conducive to generate productivity and collaboration. Daylighting was introduced into the center of the structure and that same concept was supported by incorporating glass within the workstations and the DIRTT walls to portray translucency. Their main objective with the new building was to create a space that has several amenities for employees as well as tools to attract and retain new professionals.
