American Interiors worked closely with OWA Architects to procure a fresh, resort-style design for each of Sur Club’s amenity areas, which consist of a lobby, lounge, leasing office, club room, fitness center, and two pool courtyards.
To capture the younger generation’s eye while still paying homage to certain 1950’s style elements, American Interiors used new and upcoming furniture vendors like KnollStudio, Muuto, Sossego, and Tropitone in order to create an especially unique look.
Sur Club’s lobby and lounge areas feature natural fabrics and finishes, neutral colors, and greenery while its outdoor areas incorporate bright colors and modern design aspects to compliment the pool’s vibrant atmosphere.
With 296 units, Sur Club sits adjacent to Interstate 275, just minutes away from exciting Downtown Tampa.
