WHAT HAVING A “GROWTH MINDSET” ACTUALLY MEANS

Individuals who believe their talents can be developed through hard work, good strategies, and input from others have a growth mindset. That is, they tend to achieve more than those with more fixed mindsets due to the belief that their talents are inborn gifts.
When an entire company embraces a growth mindset, they feel far more empowered, committed, and receive greater organizational support for collaboration and innovation. In contrast, primarily fixed-minded companies report cheating and deception among employees, presumably to gain an advantage in the talent race.
