Coming home feels like vacation for residents of Sur Club, a midcentury-inspired residential complex located in St. Petersburg, Florida.
American Interiors procured a fresh, resort-style design for each of Sur Club’s amenity areas, which consist of a lobby, lounge, leasing office, club room, and two pool courtyards. Sur Club wanted to capture the younger generation’s eye while still paying homage to certain 1950s style elements. American Interiors balanced minimalism and maximalism by using natural fabrics and finishes, neutral colors, and greenery throughout indoor amenities, while incorporating bright colors and modern design aspects outside to compliment the pool’s vibrant and playful atmosphere.
With 296 units, Sur Club sits adjacent to Interstate 275, just minutes away from exciting Downtown Tampa. American Interiors is happy to have played a vital role in producing a thoughtful space where it’s possible to live beyond expectations.
