Internationally renowned IT management software firm, ConnectWise is enhancing employee experience at their new Tampa, Florida headquarters through bright and innovative design, sit-to-stand ergonomic support, and approachable spaces for a younger generation of talent.
After the pandemic sent employees out of the office, ConnectWise was looking for a way to bring existing talent back into the workplace post-pandemic while simultaneously attracting new hires. Their solution was to leave their old space behind and transition into a new headquarters location in Downtown Tampa fit with five working floors, technology studio, and ground-level training center.
