UNIVERSITY HALL

For prospective Bowling Green State University students, their first interaction on campus is with University Hall. Home to the Office of Admissions, University Hall exists to offer feelings of importance, excitement, and freedom to students past, present, and future through its welcoming design.

American Interiors helped bring new life to University Hall during its period of renovation in 2016. As the first building to open on BGSU’s campus in 1915, University Hall has stood the test of time but has not stood the test of trend. Furnishing 41 private offices, 84 workstations, and multiple student lounge spaces, American Interiors incorporated timeless pieces that would withstand high use in a public setting. In addition, the classrooms found in University Hall were based on designs previously completed by our team in Bowling Green State’s Olscamp Hall. Each area was designed to emphasize technology and incorporate spaces for active learning among high-impact programs that directly contribute to student success.
