Consolidation, Cohesion, and Community
Before Eastman & Smith came to American Interiors, they occupied an outdated, tired space with oversized private offices and underutilized square footage. They lacked communal areas, and acoustic privacy was a huge concern.
Our team was able to consolidate their practice onto a single floor, re-establishing a workspace that focuses on community, acoustic privacy, and hybrid work in the heart of Downtown Toledo. Alongside MillerKnoll furniture solutions used in 60 private offices and 14 workstations, Falkbuilt by American Interiors provided all glass fronts throughout the space and built ¾ of the interior walls. Mecho shades were installed and our re/work 360 team was engaged with Eastman & Smith throughout the entirety of the project.
