CrossCountry Mortgage was looking to get out of the sleepy suburbs and move their headquarters to the bustling excitement of downtown Cleveland’s historic Superior Arts District.
Restoring and renovating an old warehouse into a location fit for the industry’s top talent, CrossCountry relied on American Interiors to provide MillerKnoll furniture throughout the near 170,000-square-foot office space. The vibrant HQ accommodates 600 employees and features workstations, private offices, collaboration areas, training center, multiple cafés, an executive lounge and bar, fitness center, and atrium.
Further, our re/work 360 team assisted with change management throughout the entirety of CCM’s preparation and move. We worked with the CrossCountry team to create marketing deliverables, implement a workplace showcase event alongside multiple hard hat tours, and assist during Day 1 move-in.
